Burgers in this country are so awesome. Looks like an ordinary Brooklyn restaurant, even looking inside it is nothing much, but boy….
… these burgers are c-r-a-z-y.
The Asian chef is all tatted up and speaks perfect American English. Came to talk to us because the Giants game was on the TV and was happy to chat about the game and some (not all!!) of the secrets behind his recipe for the hamburger patty. Such a neighborhood type feel. Love Brooklyn
